About Me

Let’s see..I am called Tuesday Girl, Mom, Maja, Madre, Dee..being a mom and wife is my greatest and most rewarding job! My second job is I am a Realtor and bringing buyers and sellers together as a team with another agent is key to help them realize the dream of homeownership. Whether it be for their first home, next home or investment; that is an incredible journey I get to take with them each step of the way!!

A Little More… My Background:

I have experience in mortgage lending, banking and homebuyer counseling, and have worked as a buyer’s agent with foreclosure properties, as well as with “ordinary” residential home sales – if any transaction can be called ordinary today!  I am a Certified LMC (Loss Mitigation Specialist) and am trained to help homeowners that are facing the prospect of foreclosure or a short sale. A short sale occurs when a homeowner needs to sell his or her home for less than the amount of the mortgage(s) and I am capable of facilitating this type of transaction.  When I began selling homes, foreclosure became my specialty.  I understand the inner workings with the lenders, what buyers should be aware of and how to put that type of transaction together for my buyer clients.  Many agents shy away from this type of sale: not me. I list homes in my local market of Templeton, Gardner, Winchendon, Phillipston, Royalston, Athol….I know the area and how to position your home for price and marketing – ask me!

I have received a Top Producer Award from the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors for four years running. I have a strong online presence, including a real estate blog, a local interest blog called Tuesdays In Templeton, and the Facebook pages Tuesdays in Templeton and my personal Real Estate Page. Since 90% of today’s buyers begin their search for property on the Internet, I am positioned to help sellers achieve maximum exposure for their property.

What I Love:

I love my work! In real estate, my top priority is customer satisfaction and helping to ease the stress of the transaction for clients as they are trying to live their lives and work while packing up their family and belongings.  Very few transactions come without a few bumps and I am a problem solver. I spend a lot of time with my clients and want to be sure they are happy with the largest investment they will make in their lives- treating them with respect, courtesy, honesty and sincerity are very important as these clients will become my neighbors.

My Tuesdays in Templeton blog is a way for me to reach out to my community, and beyond, to share what is going on.  My blogs are a great way to know what’s going on in town, to share with their family, and find a new place to eat or buy gifts and really support our own local economy. My Facebook pages and blogs are a way for neighbors to get to know one another and share on a different level.  People are so busy today that time to get together is hard, but these online forums are a great ways to connect and share with each other.

In The Community:

I am on the Templeton 250th Anniversary Committee and within that Committee I am the Chairperson and creator of the Templeton Country Picnic which has a Facebook page. I am a volunteer for our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) which is local volunteers being prepared for local disaster along with support of the local Fire and Police Department. You can be sure to run into me at Town Meetings and other Town Board meetings, like the Planning Board – say hi!
